Space Explorer Advocacy Toolkit (SEAT)

SEAT is a resource we are developing to help educators, enthusiasts and advocates better communicate the value of human space settlement. As we produce episodes of our vlog, resources for our volunteer effort, engage in outreach etc. we will assemble the best questions, answers, soundbites, strategies and resources that can help anyone present topics clearly and concisely.

Focusing on a specific issue allows SEAT to evolve toward being both comprehensive and of a manageable size. The original thought was advocacy for a specific, long term “gardeners of the galaxy” strategy: Let us move heavy industry to space, tend the Earth as a garden oasis and bring life to other worlds. However, a set of linked themes is also practical. A few of us are rereading key works so as not to reinvent the wheel… if you have resources to add in please reach out to us. All materials are published open source (CC-BY-SA), free for anyone to use.

We want anyone interested in human space exploration to grab a SEAT and help humanity build a spacefaring civilization.

We want to hear from you. Please contact us.
